Yoga, Bass and self massage is ALL about moving intentionally to the music, getting out of our heads and into our SOULS. The magic in this class is that it's presented by two people: one part yoga instruction and one part live DJ!
This class’ energy is a bond between music and movement. Chris’ ability to layer binaural frequencies along with an explorative flow of underground bass music makes our collaboration truly unique. The music and Keeley's intuitive teaching style allows workshop attendees to let go and tap into their wild, primal nature through dynamic movement + soundscapes. Expect to breathe deep, tap into your shakti (feminine) energy through a creative flow and let go through abhyanga (self massage). Creating a blissful savasana through guided meditation, sound-bath and stillness.
Keeley Stubbs is a 500hr registered yoga teacher & a professional hoop dance Performer & Instructor from Grande Prairie, Alberta. She believes every day is better after you connect inward, smile and breathe. She first fell in love with movement medicine when she picked up a hoop in 2013, spending countless hours cultivating a movement practice, both with her hoop and on the mat. In 2014 she started teaching weekly classes for Hip Flick Hoops, which is when she found her passion for helping people discover the power presence. This circle opened new doors to creative self-expression, such as yoga and belly dance. After her first yoga teacher training in 2015, she fell in love with being a student taking every training she could make it to. She's trained in many styles of movement therapy and loves to blend different movement styles together to allow students to tap into their creativity, intuition and breath. In 2018 she co-founded InBLOOM, a yoga + music collective, that combines binaural frequencies, underground bass music and accent teachings to tap you into your BLISS body.
