"Calm Cool Connected" Is a partner yoga experience suited for all levels of practitioners. We will explore gentle partner postures, group exercises, and breathing techniques. Allow self awareness to connect you to those around you and with your community as a whole. We turn our intention inward through stillness, pranayama, and meditation. Using gentle accessible partner and group asanas we gain greater respect for our self thus creating a safe environment internally to be able to share and express that gratitude externally. By creating a stronger connection and awareness with ourselves we can express and share in more positive and ways. Through communication, consent, trust, gentle touch and learning to hold space for others, we can build stronger relationship with ourselves and others in a comfortable, safe environment.
Bio: Jason Sazinski has been a part of the Regina yoga community since 2013. After completing his YTT in 2015 under Sarah Garden and Colin Hall (Bodhi tree yoga) Jason has facilitated yoga at studios, gyms, community centres, school, and businesses throughout Regina. Jason is passionate about providing a unique yogic experience, promoting sensory exploration through movement, sounds, music, and heat. Sharing a dedication to Hatha yoga, movement, self awareness and promoting a safe space for people to explore and express themselves is what Jason offers for his students.
Bio: Samantha Soriano-Hale has practised yoga for many years and began teaching and sharing her practice in 2013 after a 300 YTT with Sarah Garden and Colin Hall. Samantha has had the opportunity to teach a variety of classes around Regina in studios, schools, businesses, and gyms. Samantha specializes in hatha style fundamentals, yoga therapy, critical alignment therapy, and prenatal yoga, and vinyasa flow.
